The Gourmet Penuche (pronounced PAH-NEW-CHEE) roll is distinguished from the other pecan rolls by the addition of brown sugar and maple flavoring to the nougat center. A light, fluffy nougat center, carefully shaped and dipped in rich caramel, is then rolled in extra large fancy pecan pieces. Each 2.75 oz roll is Individually packaged in high barrier Dillon branded flexible film. Available in Small Display, Large Display and Quantity Bulk Box.
